I got the same problem for getting into the game, sunday morning Itryed 40 times to get in, after 1 hour and 10 minutes, i could start to play.. very ennoying!!!!!!!!!

Breeding the solar simian in advance and got a 6 hr on the first attempt.
Now it will have to sit on the nest for another 5 days.

Edit. Just looked at the egg chart. It could also be a fallaby or parrot.
Won't be too disappointed either way, as unsure i would want the nest tied up for that long.

Is there a bug in the current tournament?
I opened it - chose animal - and during the time I got my first hit- my OWN energy ran out. Got critical hit - and then I lost. Since " my own energy was out after one hit." Closed it - tried again - same results. The energy ran out during my own attack. The other animal didn't give " single hit".

Me too, it depend on your animals, becuz you chose animals that have higher chance to get critticle hit, a stronger animals you choose, a higher chamce to vet critticle hit, I finish round 4 and all of those round I have criticle hit*

@ Flatfoot - working on chapter two. Fed my level 1 animal 15 times and the "feed any animals 8x" did not move. Goal still reads 0/8. Is this a glitch or am I misreading the goal. Please advise. If it is a glitch I'll report it. Thanks
