Introduction
The goals are found in your Goal List. To see your Goal List, click on the icon on the center left of your screen. Some are game goals so they are permanent and generally there's no dateline for completing them.
The goals will appear once you have reached the required level. You can level up your restaurant at your own pace. And when the goals appear, you need not start them immediately. You can proceed later or when you like; they will remain in your Goal List until you complete them.
