Constant pop us and lost 24 gems

There have been constant pop ups in this game for months and it has been bothering my gameplay experience. Today, I accidentally click purchase/buy for one of the popups which costed 24 gems while I was tapping the popups out. I sent a ticket and they simply decided to close my ticket. Why? Because they simply 'can't reverse any exchanges made within Fashion Story'. I feel so *****ed right now.
