Accidentally used gems to open a slot

I was trying to build up gems using the 1,2 and 15 minute items. I was ordering fast and accidentally clicked the new slot and it took all my gems. I wrote a ticket but they responded in 10 minutes that they can't reverse. Can't anyone help me? That was all my gems and I spent the day trying to build up. Please help me.

Same happened to me a while back, I accidentally bought a new slot. I had quite a lot of gems left over though so it wasn't too bad for me, still annoying though. You could try messaging storm8 support, it's worth a try they might be able to give your gems back. Good luck
