Think Katts post from last page bout 'building' the lynx first makes sense with the numbers i've been running too.
It also kinda makes you feel like you are getting somewhere, i need one more bit of fur then, am trying to think of a good word for making a living creature out of bits of fur that doesn't sound like a bad horror film.......
I've managed to get a lynx spawn from each location (sparkling mine, Thomas, ivy), but also several boars. I'm Just confirming they do indeed show up.

Despite having "multiple" mines I have not spawned any cats from them checking every time they are ready since the start of the event.

Just got a Lynx from OT and got 4 pelts however I think that was my 9th or 10th try since 7:00 am Eastern Standard Time. I had 17 energy when I tapped OT house.
Because if everyone posts they got a cat S8 (pika )will think the drop rate is ok. Flower asked us to post 'good or bad'. Not our fault if it's mainly bad :-(
Pika said they would monitor the situation - do you think everyone posting ' I got a cat ' will help pika understand the direness of the situation? You might not need to hear it time and time again , but perhaps pika does if things are going to change.

I just got my 2nd cat for today. 1 from Old Thomas & 1from Ivy. I've never seen a cat at the mines. It appears CS is trying to increase revenue but this is the wrong way to go about it. Last goal my counter got stuck. & was told I asked too many neighbors. Ooook. This community event I do not have the community icon on upper right like they usually have. I suppose I'm to blame for that as well. We'll see what solution they come up with. Last time I got this frustrated I deleted the game 6 months. Appears nothing has changed. Sad I really like this game & my neighbors
