On a positive note, if you do slay 30 lynxes, you get the 20 gems back that need to be spent on a trap. However, I wouldn't purchase that trap until you are at 29 defeated, so you know you will complete that goal.

When you collect 50 horseshoes you win a trap, it counts towards the goal. You don't have to spend gems to buy a trap

Did you chop it before you got to that goal? Mine did count maybe because I left it in my inventory.

The sparkling mine is labeled "Mine" and the other ones are labeled "Deep Mine".

Well I thought lvy's hut was supposed to be "guaranteed to trigger the shadow lynx." Nope.!!!!!!😡 I wonder how many times you wait hours and hours just to get nothing. You get one about every 4th hit at OT place and the same for the mine.

I went ahead and crafted the lynx and if I complete the challenge ok, if not, ok. I really think it's mean that Ivy's house doesn't always give a lynx because of the wait time. The crafted lynx is one big cat.
