Multicolored hedges also drop wildflowers.
Why is it so hard to spawn a shadow lynx?! How are we supposed to collect as many pelts as they want when it takes 15 tries just to get one to spawn?
Oh gosh - came back here expecting everyone to be saying the drop rate is fixed, as I have just got two cats from two mines!!!!......, but it seems it's still not the same for everyone.
I just don't understand this game - and its randomness is not part of its charm.

I finally got a Lynx from both of my lvl 6 mines!!! I guess 4th day is charm! Each only gave 2 pelts, so I'm sloooowly building up enough pelts to craft my own Lynx. Only 11 more to go. But at least I spawned some. This makes 7 total cats since the beginning of the game.
Kingdom is Nancelot. I play regularly and try to be very swift to respond to requests.

Well one thing is for sure, the spawn rate for dire boars, fang beast, and skunkupines is alive and well. If I get near my animals-fangbeast- touch a flower or garden-skunks- pond, building, look the wrong way-boars....boars, everywhere!!! It's like a monster hunt without any benefits.

Again no Lynx from OT. Since this event started I have only spawned two from OT. I am almost at the point I want to quit. I have 1.5 hours before I can tap SM. I have gems but I shouldn't have to use them to complete an event. This is so horrible.
I am glad that some of you are having better luck with the SM but it should be the same all around IMO.
omg i received 6 pelts from the lynx !
i think the best way to get max of pelts isn't to fight the lynx until it is slayed : i fight until i got 1 pelt or 2 then i go do other stuffs (crops, flowers, stables,..) then i come back fight to get 1-2 more pelts , back to stuffs ,etc
this is how i got 6 pelts !
sometimes i got 3 , sometimes i got 4
this is the best i got from 1 lynx !

Still not seeing a decent drop rate of shadow Lynx. Tried the 1 energy trick, and it did not work. Only seeing 1 out of 8 drops from Thomas's house and zero so far from mines. Less than 1 of 3 times from Ivy's hut.
There is no goal in which we need to chop the lynx trap, right? It's not listed in the goals on page 1 yet, but I want to make sure it's not coming before I use the one I earned...
