Storm8 not responding to communications
Has anyone else experienced difficulties in getting a response from Storm8 in relation to submitted requests? I used the online form that we're advised to use but after 6 working days (10 days in total) I am still waiting for a resolution. I was given a ticket number, and since then I have been checking for updates, but it doesn't appear that anything is being done about my issue. It's really annoying!!

I did forward your ticket number over the other day and was told someone would be looking at your ticket. I will check on this again.
