According to the planned schedule we have access to, there is no 5 day mini challenge on the list (info I have is up to mid June). The current event goes till 30 May and the next event will be released on 31 May (5/31/2022 - 6/13/2022) and also on 31 May a crate will be released and available for all of June. We will let players know any updated information as and if it comes to hand.
I think that bakery story is going the same way as castle story. Where one goal finishes and another goal starts the next day. So a lot of players will have no break in between goals. I always finish early so I have a few days just baking red velvet cake. Others won't be as lucky.

Reduce number of parts needed for ovens, stop introducing all these unnecessary new goal parts and reduce number of dishes to be cooked. Goals used to be feasible!

Stop overlapping mini (5 day) goals o top of 15 day goals, people have to work do not have time to complete all this at one time, and new players have an even bigger disadvantage.
This game is not fun anymore ..all these goals ..no time to finish and nit going to waste my gems on cooking
