How can delete pending neighbour request help me

You cannot delete outgoing neighbor requests but they should expire on their own.

Incoming neighbor requests will give you an option decline or accept in the neighbors section of the “Social” menu.

Agreed totally, not enough rest between goals & bs & rs going at the same times is frustrating
