as ms. twospoons said, there is no limit of how many food you can serve per day.
but there IS a limit of how many they can EAT per day!

from this point of view, of course it is the best way for getting money: to fill your counters with the food that gives more coins per plate.
only one thing i wd personally reconsider, i wd count
profit per plate, not income per plate (btw, makes not so huge difference).
here are, for example, all the food (excluding removed & goal-locked) that gives you $3 and more
