Yes, if a player stopped playing the game their tables will still clear automatically. I cannot recall what the exact numbers were (how often it occurs, if there are any factors, etc.) but it does happen, I've seen this happen with my own inactive neighbors.

Items that are Locked By Goal unfortunately cannot be unlocked unless a future goal provides the opportunity to unlock them

The system clears the tables if no one tips for about 7 days.

Only 1 register will ever show the avatar. If you want people to man the other registers, you can buy any of the floor decor characters and give them the job. Or use the Loretta & Jean-Pierre you earned from the original set of new player goals, if you did those.

I'm sorry to hear that and I'm afraid the forum cant assist on this. You should get the next goal once you have completed the previous goal. Check your goal list.
