when you build some appliance, you need parts.
if you don't have enough of them, you have a button there "ask neighbors".
when you tap this button, check your neighbors and tap "ask" - they get a notification under "pending requests" section of newsfeed:
"user needs you to send him part".

that's why under this section - ALWAYS "accept"!

(under "pending gifts" section, you can choose, whether you need the part they sent you or not.
but under "requests" one - it's what THEY NEED from you, so, as i said, always "accept" there )

That message means that when you asked your neighbor for a part, this neighbor accepted your request, and you got the part. If the neighbor had declined it, you wouldn't have gotten any message at all.

There is no difference between ios & android when it comes to requesting parts. Not sure what you meant by the 2nd part of that--if you asked your daughter to send you a part, and later you see the message that she responded to your request for help, it means she accepted it, not declined.

I totally did not get that the food truck was the appliance from the earlier pics! That's really cool. Except that again, I'll want to keep it out all the time, but can't lose the slot!
