    Looking at the first requirements and the bear that needs 400 teeth ( of the 99 we are able to store) I just feel unbelievably weary and depressed.

    From the popup, it looks like we'll be crafting a book (did that with OT), a sword(haven't we done several of those already too), and either craft or are rewarded some sort of statue. And I really don't need another horse either. LOL

    No, not doing anything wrong. You are at the limit on town buildings, you'll have to sell one (or more) other town buildings in order to get another marketplace.

    You'll need to sell a Town building to buy another Marketplace if it won't let you get one, since we have a silly cap on how many of those type buildings we can have.
