Finished! Lots of thanks to all those sharing info and answering questions in here. I couldn't have done it without you all!
Just an FYI, I had to close the game out totally on my iphone for the invites to get registered. AND I had to close the game out to get the requests to send to my neighbors. Try closing out until you get all you need. I am currently on and playing if anyone needs invites RatsInTheCity
