Just a suggestion about order of hatching/breeding - maybe someone need it:

So it goes this way:
------------------------
ch 3 act 1
Finish crafting and hatch your Seeker Dragon
ch 4 act 2
Start breeding a Seeker Dragon with a Fruitful Dragon.
ch 6 act 2
Hatch a Firestorm Dragon.
ch 7 act 4
Breed with a Seeker Dragon
ch 8 act 1
Hatch and raise your Thoughtful Dragon
ch 8 act 2
Hatch a Sunrise Dragon
------------------------

If you have one nest - you're doomed. I don't see how lucky you must be to finish chapter 8 in time.

If you have 2 nests:
Hatch Firestorm in first nest, leave other empty.
Hatch Seeker in second nest.
Try for Sunrise until ch 4. If you got it - put it in second nest.
Bread Seeker and Fruitful
If you have Sunrise in nest, wait. If don't, go hatch whatever you get, then try again for Sunrise.
Wait until hatching Firestorm. Now you have first nest free.
Breed with Seeker but don't put to hatch, leave it in breeding den.
Hatch Thoughtful. Put what you got with Seeker now in first nest.
Hatch Sunrise from second nest.

If you have 3 or more nests - then no problem with having Firestorm and Sunrise in two of your nests. You always have one free nest to hatch

So @[S8] Elsa , CAN we or CAN'T we hatch before chapter start, to count as completed chapter stage? Give us quick and clear answer.

You can hatch it before you access the quest. Previously, you couldn't, but that wasn't the intended design.
