I'm focussing on one upgrade at a time. I think I'll skip the last timed goal and keep plugging away. I'm trying the mythic mushies, but mainly hitting the ponds for clay. I'll move on to the Spring petals last.

I have been playing since the beginning of Castle story. I used to enjoy playing the game. It has now has become impossible to finish an event without paying large some of money. I am officially finished. Good luck to all.

So I'm imagining the conversation when a new employee (NE) starts at S8:

S8 "So we've got an event running in our Castle Story game"
NE "Great - I bet the players are happy"

S8 "They need to collect clay and we had an internal competition to come up with the highest number we thought we could get away with"
NE "Okay ... how much do they need. 200 or so?

S8 "Higher"
NE "um 500?

S8 "You're not trying - higher!"
NE "1000??"

S8 "Come on - you can do better than that"
NE "But you want people to play don't you? ... 1250???"

S8 "I can see we need to get you on some motivational training"
NE "It can't be 1500! No one would be that crazy!"

S8 "Okay, I'll give you 1500. That was the number that won in our internal competition but we rounded it up to 1525 to add some spice ... Hello ... . Hello ...?"

S8 "Yep. So put your thinking cap on - we need to win that next internal competition. The prize is a daily voucher for our local coffee shop."

NE "Okay - so we could win a free coffee each day?"
S8 "Well it is random, so you might get a coffee but you might just get an empty cup or a sugar sachet for your next one."

S8 takes picture of NE. "I'll add that to our board. We get people to guess what we told our new employees to make them look that way. "

You know I felt really bad when s8 had to lay off a number of employees. But quite frankly, I am so frustrated by the arrogance of s8...that I understand why it happened. This game is supposed to be a diversion....not an obsession. They clearly don't value my time invested in this game. It is impossible to finish and have a normal life, i.e. A spouse, a hobby or god forbid a job! Apparantly, they want me to get fired, because that is the only this insane event can be finished. Doesn't their staff ever read these forums? This company won't survive and we all will looking for a kinder, gentler game somewhere else. The only real winners in this event are those players that quit on day 1.

If you invest 400 energy a day you should be able to finish the tea party & the event! This assumes some decent drop rate (see above) and some frequent game play (every 2 hours at least, >8 times a day)

I agree that drop rate for clay is about 2 energy for 1 clay but tea leaves required much more for me, at least 5 collections.
