Trade Tickets in Castle Story
I have been working to earn enough trade tickets for an expansion permit. I go to bed with 29 tickets and wake up with 19. I have emailed support 2 times in which they respond with a general email that they do not handle this issue. What is customer service if they don't service customers? I want to know why my tickets were taken, why I am being given the run around and why the tickets have not been restored. I have never had such problems with the Storm8 company in the 5 years I have been playing their games. Why would a company behave in such a way to a loyal customer?
