Edit: Found the land deed I was looking for. Now I'm looking for nails, screws and paint.

I have a few spare green sticks. They seem to sell pretty fast, I'm willing to try and coordinate if anyone wants me to.

anyone not participating in the almond tree event and selling the drop items from the trees? im struggling to get enough

Several people have said they have finished in the event thread, it might be worth trying them. When I finish, I'll sell the drops but that's probably a few days away - I still have to make 5 cookies and 1 almond tea service before I'm done. There are event items in the newspaper sometimes but they're pretty rare.
