Lol I'd love to be in the position to tell you this answer ...from experience. Unfortunately I'v never been anywhere near that number.
Yes very possible, I think the highest I have been to is 1.3 and then I got a few new dragons that were really hungry and now I am back just below 800,000 but easily done.
