Castle Story: 3/16 update - Somewhere over the Rainbow | *EXPIRED*

From farmhouse I droped the bandit a 1/10. Whisp on chickens too, 1/10. Whisps from mushroom circles and mines was better, 1/5. From 1 rock was in average 4 dusts, and 1 skunkupine from 3 rocks. From 1 tree was cca 2 whisps. Ivy got whisp everytime. From all rocks I had 36 gold coins. From 7 adventures I had 3 green whisps. Now I am waiting for 5 green whisps from Ivy, everything else I am ready.
Lucky Clydesdale I have gained in Sunday evening (on my time zone).
Uf. I am lucky that I have holidays.

I need 8 green wisps to get to lvl 6. I guess s8 is teaching us about "patience" lol

Funny enough, I find elixir #3 the easiest to get. I need only 3 more.

The rainbow River fully upgraded is only coins for me, but the event isn't over .. So who knows. I'm thinking it will stay coins. It could at least give a bucket of water here or there

Till now I did 4 TIMES NOT RECEIVE GREEN WISP FROM IVY
That means 2 whole days !!!!
How can I finish this game ???

If im right.. I do need 4 green wisp for level 4 and then 8 again???
That means 12 green wisp and still the one I do need for this level 3
That's 13 = 6,5 days !!!

Not fair then that Ivy not always give green wisp..

Just noticed, that I have two unlucky traps in my inventory..
Seems to be a reward for part 7 or 8? Or a drop from the adventure?
I didn't buy the trap, but now that part of the goal is auto completed!
So if I am lucky enough to find enough unlucky bandits,
I might finish this goal with +20 gems

Green wisp does not drop with every visit to Ivy! I have had 2 visits, so far, with no drops. Also, the mines are not dropping the purple wisps--- none, in 4 visits.( for total of 8 misses from 2 mines total). Do not see how quest can be finished without purchase of gems, Shame on you ,CASTLE STORY, for becoming so greedy!! Used to be, one could complete quests, if time put in gameplay. Now, I need to be rich or at least have disposable income!

Do the wisps stop dropping once you've finished the final goal?

All the crafts disappear from the potion shop & no more drops from mines, outcroppings, etc.

What strategies are people using during this event in regards to keeping up with the rest of the chores around their castle? I am trying to makes stones and wisps like crazy as I don't want to spend all that energy chopping rocks and have all those stones and coal go to waste. The wood is easier to deal with - just brew up a couple of builder's paste. But I'm also trying to keep my kitchens going meaning I need to keep crops going as well.
What are others doing? Are you just letting the stone and coal exceed the max of 99? Are you keeping your kitchens running?

I really wish the gold coin rate was higher too. Two of my daily alicorns dropped 100 each tonight so I had about 250 energy and I predominantly chopped rocks. Got 1 gold coin.... I'd definitely go on more adventures if the drop rate was higher. Happy there's still plenty of time left.

What do you mean by "daily alicorn" and how did you get them? Is there a difference between that alicorn and the Rainbow Alicorn you can earn at the Elven(so?) Post. I sure could use the added energy.
