    Food spoiling

    It's very difficult some time .. time over food spoil... Our friends can take off food from stove...

    I'd try cooking longer-term recipes. I always have trouble with short ones too, and often even 4-6 hour ones on workdays. But checking in once a day is usually doable, so 12, 16 or 22 hour recipes are usually fine for me.

    Just in case you're not aware, recipes last approximately the same amount of time as it took them to cook. So if you make a 6 hour recipe, it cooks for 6 hours, and then lasts for 6 hours before it spoils.
