    Accidental in game purchases

    Hi
    I am a regular player and have been playing for close to 2 yrs now.
    I have over 600 million coins.
    I accidentally purchased 10 million coins worth 500 gems when my I phone slipped from my hand .
    I have written to support.
    I request the moderators to please help in this matter.
