You must have more than 0 points to rank otherwise you'll miss out on the trade ticket for rank 20.
Troubleshooting!
If you do not want your facebook picture showing on the leaderboard ranking screen, (in your game) go into Settings and turn off Facebook. There is no reason to have this feature turned on anyway as Castle doesn't have a FB interface. Any problems, please post in the Bugs Forum, not in thread.
