I'm sorry to hear about this! Does this happen in every room, or only some? Do you get some collection rewards at all or have they completely stopped? Our team is investigating the issue.

It seems to be happening in every room. I get other prizes just no pieces for the collections.

Same here, it's happening in several rooms. This problem first occured after the first 'new' update and has never been resolved despite several updates that followed.
