    Getting quest items back

    This frog quest like a lot of people I was unable to do because of the lack of gold nuggets. Even mining the rocks, using the boosts I never seemed to get any. All good, it is what it is however before I relized this I did give the 2 I had in inventory to the quest. Now that I am not able to finish the quest though, they are wasted, and I could of used them towards a different quest (making the 5 gold piping) that I still haven't completed. Is there any way of getting them back?
    Also anyone know why the rock outcroppings aren't giving nuggets anymore. I mined at least 12 to 15 with nothing.

    I mined over 50 big rock piles for this event...and received 2 gold nuggets...( they were a total surprise!)...they have always been rare drops for me..i really dont think you will be able to get the nuggets back from S8...good luck !
