My quest text says Ivy's hut and the Mine. I don't know if it's Sparkling Mines only or Deep Mines as well.

Slay Swamp Beastlings - 2 (They are at Ivy's Hut and Mines)
Collect More Cattails - 5 (Collect their tails as trophies)
Upgrade the Murky Swamp to Stage 2

Water - 20
Pond Water - 10
Pond Stone - 10

I just wish S8 would let us know what rare drop requirements are going to be from the beginning. With just enough gold nuggets is it worth starting this...I won't know, frustrating. With the beasts only dropping from slow to reset buildings we can't wait too long for our neighbors to report.

Thanks ahead of time to those that rush through. Glad that fail of competition last week, I'm glad the community survived.

Edit: just saw Suva's post, I think I'm out already. I just used all my wool on cloth bandages. I won't be able to collect enough in 12 days. Oh well. At least I haven't used the gold nuggets

Sped up mines a few times.... 1 beastling, 1 dire boar ... OMG!!! And this is for 12 days! Already irritated...lol.

When there's an event, WHY can't S8 turn off regular monster generation so you can get the special ones???

I don't feel great about using so much energy fighting dire bores and looking for beastlings. It feels manipulative, a ploy to force you to buy gems.

Where do we collect waterlilies from? There is no lilypond in the market and the regular and mermaid ponds arent dropping lillies.

I'm guessing, once we build the murky pond, the water lilies will be there...
