Wall decorations can't move

I bought a new door and sold the old one, now I can't move the new one to where the old one was because it won't move directly from place to place and you need to have at least one door at all times so I can't store it and re-place it.

Now I have a random door in the most awkward of places that I can't move for any less than 8 gems (cheapest door). Made my entire setup look really bad.


Any chance you could fix this? If it's not possible to fix, maybe you could add a crappy looking door for like 500 coins so I could buy it just to move this one?

Oh dear, sorry to hear that you have sold your door and landed in this situation. I'm afraid you will need to buy a door in order to move the existing. I'm not sure if Support is able to assist you but you can try contact them via support form and ask if the Agent is able to help you to move your existing door. All the best to you!
