For Pices (Zodiac/Water), Electric is strong against Water but weak against Zodiac so it should be neutral. Earth is neutral to both Zodiac and Water. You can use Dark (strong against Zodiac and neutral against Water) in this case.

Yeah, Pisces was weird. I used Earth (Thorilla) all three times in a row and the first hit was critical but the last two were neutral.

Remember that you can still get critical hit even you used weak/neutral elements. The probability is just theoretically lower (than the strong elements).
