Forgot storm8 id password

I have forgotten my storm8 password. I needed my password so I could log into my game on my iPad because it is easier to play than on my iPhone. So I emailed storm support and they wrote back this:

So after that I downloaded bakery story and made a New storm id and password and emailed that to them and they haven't replied back yet. How long does it take to get a response? Am I going about this the right way?
