Hi, I have not received videos for more than 3 days, why?

Videos for me are not playing. Been a few hours, says video failed to load. Tried on different devices and different wifi or cellular and doesn't work

Is the button 'Free Gift' coming back?
Was always left above ...in Castle Story.

The video pop-up can be random (see Spiritwind's post). The videos disappeared for me too in the regular CS app but I still get the free gift videos in the Winter version of CS. Might work for you as well.

Thanks, it works also for me! Hopefully by the next update with Easter we get the button back *looks hopefully* ;-)
