    how do i change the time on my post?

    I wish to change the time stamp so it dosent look like I post at 2 am when its 1 pm here ... ........

    it's easy! Click on Forum Actions (in the coloured section at the top of the forum), then General Settings. Scroll down a bit till you see the Date/time and adjust accordingly.
