Where do I find Neva?

I got Neva, currently on "A Warm Welcome to the ice Queen Pt. II", but Neva is not in my Storage Cellar.
Ice castle still level 10

Can you let me know when you upgraded your Ice Castle to level 10? It looks like you may have never received Neva, do you remember actually placing Neva in your Kingdom at one point?

Hi Pika!

I upgraded the castle to lvl 10 before bedtime Norway, the timer still had about 9 hours to go.
I received Neva,and I was placing her in my Kingdom when she just dissapeared. My Ice Castle remained at lvl 10, so there was no trigger to redo any actions. I continued on the assignment "A warm welcome to the ice queen pt II" that is after receiving Neva. I completed task 1+3, but task 2 "collect from Neva" 0/4, was of course impossible as I could not find her.

The goal is still in my Goals list, if you try accessing my account. And I put out the lvl 10 castle out on the board too.

As you already have the level 10 Ice Castle, you should have Neva. I've credited Neva to your account, you should see her in your Inventory.
