Now I can play the levels BUT still taking my gems for tournaments and then flashing out. Ugh, very frustrating! I want to be reimbursed my gems when this is fixed. Also, would like to know it's fixed before I try again just to lose more gems. Thanks Storm8.

I am able to play levels now. My daily tournament unlocked, and that's crashing. Considering I have an outstanding ticket that is yet to be addressed for lost gems in a tournament that crashed last week, I am not even going to attempt any gem spending now.
Support clearly has bigger fish to fry at this point. Please let us know on this thread once it's fixed.

Good news everyone! You should be able to play without issue now. The team is working on resolving the issue for players who lost energy or Gems, so sit tight!
