Under the design tab on your screen, choose the 4th box from the left. That's the floor decorations group. Scroll right all the way to the end.

nuts. i thought it lasted until reset this morning, so i figured i'd give the last 4 purses i needed as much time as i could, and then finish them with gems and get the prize that way, but it was gone when i logged on a half hour before reset. oh well! at least now i have playing neighbors once again, so i won't take so long to collect brooches or whatever next time there's a goal!
