Yeah, I am having the same issue with the gem videos. Storm8 needs to update this app.

Kan ook geen video's kijken om gems te krijgen. Heb al meerdere berichten verstuurd maar krijg alleen te horen dat mijn ticket is verlopen. Graag zou ik hulp ontvangen om dit te oplossen.

Have you tried force closing your game? It should help. If not, just wait a little and try to watch the video again, that usually works for me!

It pretty much reloads the game.

If you are on iOS here is how to force close:

Device with Home Button:
Double click the home button
Swipe up on the Restuarant Story app

Device without Home Button:
Swipe up halfway and pause
Swipe up on the Restaurant Story app

I've noticed the videos to speed up the cooking won't work lately but for me. the error message I get is, "sorry the video can't load right now. Please try again". I'm running on LG stylo 4 Android.
I thought about uninstalling the games and reinstall??!!

You can try to force close the game in the app manager.
