Videos not working

I don?t get the option to watch a video to speed up cooking at all on RS. I do on BS. I get the option when I open the game after a long exit, to watch an ad for 2x coins. This does NOT work in RS. I?ve wasted so much time watching videos hoping and nothing.. however, this works fine for me in BS.. same device.. frustrating, especially since RS yields way less coins and I?d so hard to make money.

I love how I click the video link to get two times the money I?ve earned on my Restaurant and it says ?video failed to load?.

But then I start playing the game, it immediately opens a random ad that I don?t want to see and I have to close the game to get rid of it. 🙄
