Because Green thumb and Blast are in this tournament, I'll include the following info (proposed change to type chart):

**Because both Ignis & Terra used red/flames magic, I'll be treating the new Elemental type as though it's a red type (I'll factor in red strengths/weaknesses when deciding what to use against Aqua & Impetus).

I found a trend on this tourney. If you have these dragons it'll help you out: Electric or Frostwolf, Pot of Gold, Aphrodite, Splatter and Apprentice (all for non champion opponents). I know a lot of you will have difficulty on Blast - if you have Pot of Gold use him. For the elemental dragons use Pot of Gold, Lunar Rainbow, Splatter or Triple Rainbow - basically elemental dragons are weak against Rainbow dragons (do not use blue even though it's supposed to be effective against dragons with flame magic. It gets beat most of the time).

Took out Ignis 9 vs Aether (blue/purple) Super Rare 13 B KO!

And not sure what people are using against the new element type, but I used my hybrid champ against them and seems like it's doing well so far. So if I'm going against Ignis, I used my Huntress since it's a champion/water. Also, the ultra rare played a factor, I'm pretty sure.

Reply to DR0G0N's quote ...... I'm finding the same, I use a hybrid champ and use the colour chart against the element opponents colour and it seems to work pretty well and using magic as well l .....so far anyway

Because if the level difference is ridiculous it seems to do that. Use a low level dragon to defeat low level dragons.
