Transfer account to new device

My farm story account is on my Samsung Galaxy S6 and I'm wanting to transfer it to my smart about 2 in 1 tablet. How do I do that?

You can use the Login feature to transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the New Logon Feature thread.

If you have issues transferring yourself, you can contact Support: support form and they can transfer your games.

If you are selling/giving away your old device, please contact Support and have them remove your ID tagged to your old device.

How do you transfer game "Farm Story" to new device? I have emailed support 3 times with no response. I have perused their forum and found nothing substantial in solving this problem. How does a developer of so many games not create a feature where its patrons can easily move their games from one place to another without having to beg for assistance? I will not start over if I can't "continue where I left off" from old to new device I will uninstall. Please advise. Arkiefenarkie aka Michelle

See my post as bobbyrae suggested. It's easy to transfer and only take a minute or two to transfer.
