    Can't get into Farm Story anymore?

    I was able to transfer my Farm to my new iPad Air2 running iOS 10.2 several weeks ago. I have been playing daily until last night when the game wouldn't connect. All my other games work and my internet & wifi are fine. Nothing has changed on my device but Farm Story suddenly stopped working. I've cleared my cache and tried reinstalling but nothing helped. I've sent a form requesting help to Storm8 but wondered if anyone else had this problem while I wait to hear back?

    Are you able to connect to the game on an alternative wifi source?

    Thanks for your reply, Elsa. Unfortunately, that's not an option.

    What error message do you see when you try to login to the game? The black screen with the connection error?

    Yes, I get the black screen with the cannot connect error.

    Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce this on our end. It looks like you were able to play on 1/7?

    I've been using my old iPad to say hi to friends at the Farm but I was hoping to be able to play on my new iPad again so I could give the old one to my daughter. Thanks again for trying to help.

    I have the same problem which started Jan 16th. It also is with my ipad air2. It is not on my end!

    Try going to settings-safari and clear data, then restart your device to see if this helps.
