Chapter 2
Present Puppy had a tough time coming up with the perfect gift for its mother. it had no idea what to do! For the first time, the perfect gift didn't immediately pop into its mind. So it did the only thing it could do at a time like that: write a letter to Santa!

Chapter 4
Present Puppy heard a knock on the door. When it opened the door, there was Santa's Helpurr looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. "Santa sent me to help you with your little present problem! Let's get to work, shall we?"

Chapter 5
Present Puppy described its mother to the Helpurr as quick as it could in hopes of sparking an idea. It worked! The Helpurr said it that it knew just the present and ran out the door. A short time later, Helpurr reappeared with a lovely blanket but Present Puppy didn't think she would like it very much.

Chapter 6
Once again the Helpurr went out to look, but with time running out, options were limited. The Helpurr returned with a box of specialty ornaments for the holidays. Present Puppy loved them, but didn't think they were right for its mother. Now what?

Chapter 7
With time ticking down, Helpurr was out of ideas. It shouldn't have been that hard to come up with a perfect present. Present Puppy was on the verge of tears. It couldn't stand the thought of not giving its mother a present for the holidays. There has to be an answer!

The Helpurr had an epiphany . . . it had been approaching it all wrong! There was already an animal that would know exactly what to do: White Elephant! It's the master at finding the perfect gift for someone that no one else seems to want! That was exactly what they needed!

Chapter 9
White Elephant was busy working in its shop when Helpurr and Present Puppy arrived. After a brief discussion, it agrees to give the puppy a gift in return for the other two gifts it didn't want. Eagerly, Present Puppy gave the elephant the presents, said thank you, and headed home.

Chapter 10
After saying goodbye to Santa"s Helpurr, Present Puppy took the gift to its mother. She loved it! The White Elephant really was a miracle worker! The Present Puppy received the best gift of all: To see the love and joy on its mother's face when she opened her perfect gift! Happy Holidays!
