ROYAL EXCHANGE.....
I had 30 trade papers that I exchanged for an expansion permit. After 4 hours, I tapped on the exchanged I lost all my thirty papers and just got ornate logs. Yes, I hit the right one. I lost all 30 of my trade....I hate the attitude too bad:so sad that you can't complain because you had a gain.
Worse yet they have just sent me please write a good review....they must be joking.

thanks for the number. I'll report this for you. A PM is a private message which you can access by clicking on a players name on the left side of screen. It's like the email system within the forum. I removed your ticket number for privacy reasons and it's in my report. thanks!
