Expansion Papers

I love all of the new holiday themed County Fair contests etc..... but I've noticed a decrease in getting expansion papers from deliveries....possibly due to getting special items for the contests. Making it very difficult to expand 🙁 Wish this could change.

I'd like to make two suggestions .... the items need for land expansion need to be dropped much more frequently! I have made about 7 deliveries today, no expansion items and I'm only getting one Valentine gift a day. The other suggestion is to increase coins. I have not yet bought one of the buildings because I don't have enough money to buy it. I have been at level 29 for months & months, mostly because I find it too frustrating to play.
