I've rebooted fresh start.. Still no powder monkey

IM CONFUSED. Why didn't I get the last community prize?

Just noticed no monkey for me either and I had close to 4500 pts! I also recently had my dumbledog disapppear from my game and that has frustrated me to no end! I worked hard for it, spending a few coins in the end too just to make it in time and it was the final animal for the Harry Potter series...in my opinion one of the most important!! But after I hatched it and had it running around it's habitat for a few days, I just noticed it was gone! Been waiting now 2 weeks for an update to my trouble ticket....and now this!!? I had no problems with this game for so long and now it's happening more and more. So disappointing! I hope they fix this soon! Sry rant over now
