My son needs neighbors that respond to requests and gift only parts. He responds back to all requests and gifts parts daily. He does not tip, so if tipping is important to you, he would not be a good fit.

^Meaning on update day, not gifting unless parts are needed for new appliances.
If there isn't a new appliance gift away.
I will gift parts one day, food the next.
That makes it fair to all. (Yes, I have neighbors that request food.)
