I have tried contacting support through the new form and it as been nearly 2 weeks and I have not received an response. My phone had to have a factory data reset and I want to retrieve my saved Fashion Story game.

Second request just gone in 2446869 everything....well almost ... vanished getting a little annoyed, first request I don’t have number but no reply from first. Is it even worth sending in request for help it’s just so annoying

I see your door is blocked. Blocking your door is not part of the design of the game and you can experience glitches like a quick sell.
To avoid a quick sell of your items, please do not block your door.

I submitted a ticket about retrieving an old fashion story game a few weeks ago but haven't gotten a response.

Instead of blocking the doors. Block your cash register or turn it so i cannot be used. This is the way to preserve your clothing and accessories. Also if/when possible place at least 4000 of each item and place them on one clothing rack. This is the method I use and items sell for days.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY I LOST ALL MY MERCHANDISE OVER NIGHT? I left the store completely stocked and all my merchandise disappeared over night.
