    Game freezes when playing videos for free items

    It has happened to my twice today and several more times over the last few days. I will play one of the videos and it will freeze on the loading screen. I have to force close the game. I have an iPhone 6.

    Sorry to hear that. Could you toggle off and on the wifi on your device and see if that helps with the connection? Let us know.

    That didn't seem to help. It does it when I'm on data too. Usually it will play one video fine, then the next one will freeze.

    I'm having a similar issue on my iPad Air, not just with Castle Story but with Dragon Story as well. It started around the time I upgraded to IOS 10. I can no longer watch any of the videos that are offered. I see a quick flash of the beginning of them, then the animated icon that represents "loading". It isn't a WiFi issue (we've tested), but seems to be related to the handling of video playback within the apps.
