The Secret Baker's Club is requiring that I make items that I haven't unlocked yet. Today's order requires me to make 2 Affogato which I haven't unlocked yet. It will still take me at least a week to get the money. It wouldn't normally be a problem but I need to complete a certain number for the Orders of the King and there is a short window to complete the necessary tasks.

Mine is the same. It asks for recipes once we have reached the level to make it, regardless if we have learnt it. Try to learn as many recipes as you can.
