    Crashes on opening

    I haven't been able to open the game since the update this afternoon.
    I'm on a 3rd generation iPad running iOS 9.3.5.

    Now it opens, but I don't have any new levels (they usually show up at 3 EST on Tuesdays)
    Also, the game opens up at level 1 and the button to scroll up to the last completed level is missing. It takes a long time to manually scroll up near 1930 or so levels!

    Sorry about this! The team was taking a look at your issue yesterday. Does the game still open at level 1 now?

    Now everything is worse! Now I've lost all my progress and not only is it starting at level 1, it thinks I haven't even passed level 1
    I've passed every level except for the ones that were loaded yesterday.

    Hi there! We checked your account again and it now opens. Can you please try reinstalling the app? The button will take you up to level 1933, but you will need to wait for the assets to download along the way.

    Same problem this week! After the 3 pm EDT update, I can't open the game.
