Trade and Treat Event Minimum level is 17 for participation. Android and iOS.

For Android users to apply the skin:
1) Go into Edit Mode.
2) Tap the farm animal habitat, e.g. Cow Pasture, Chicken Coop, etc.
3) Tap the newly-earned skin.
4) If the skin does not appear in the menu, force-closing and re-opening the game should fix the issue.

Collect 1 Candy Corn (drops from plane deliveries)
Make 1 Pumpkin Cookie (at the Treat Trader)
REWARD: 1X Candy Corn

Trade and Treat, 2 of 4
Make 1 Chocolate Skull (at the Treat Trader)
Make 1 Merengue Ghosts (at the Treat Trader)
Collect 2 Candy Corn
REWARD: 4X Webbed Fences (non-animated decoration)

Trade and Treat, 3 of 4
Find 1 Sugar Crystals (at the Mine. Buying 1 at the Newspaper/Stormie/Neighbors shop will count too)

Goals Customed Critters, different for iOS as for Android
The goal Customed Critters for iOS as for Android will pop up after you finish above 4 goals Trade and Treat and turned in your first collection at the Collection Gallery.

Goal Customed Critters for iOS
Win the Pirate Cow by collecting 4 Candy Corn Treat Bags at the Collection Gallery or buying from the Newspaper/Stormie/Neighbors Shop (it's a skin for your cows)
Win the Pumpkin Chicken by collecting 7 Pumpkin Treat Bags (it's a skin for your chickens)
Win the Vampire Bunny by collecting 5 Vampire Treat Bags (it's a pet)
REWARD: Sweet Spirit Ghost (it's a pet)

This goal will pop up for iOS after finishing the goal Customed Critters and for Android after finishing all the goals Customed Critters (correct me Android players if it is after completing just 1 goal of Customed Critters).
Hereby Android will also get the Sweet Spirit Ghost pet

Place the Haunted House (if you haven't got one yet, you can buy this one at your Market for 3,000 coins)
Feed the Sweet Spirit Ghost Pet (to be found in your cellar)

Make Treats at the Treat Trader
Turn in all 5 Treats at the Collection Gallery to get Treat Bags
Collect those Treat Bags for prizes
There are 3 kind of bags you can get from turning in a Collection at the Collection Gallery. They are called Vampire Treat Bag, Candy Corn Treat Bag and Pumpkin Treat Bag.

Prize Pumpkin
The Prize Pumpkin will become available in your Market to buy for 9,000 coins for iOS after completing the goal Customed Critters and for Android after completing 1 of the goal Customed Critters.
At the Prize Pumpkin you can turn in your extra Treat Bags. Turn in 1 Bag, wait 10 seconds and then a present appears. Tap on it and you will receive 1 non-animated decoration item and 1 experience.
There are 12 different kind of non-animated decoration items to get from the Prize Pumpkin: 6 lanterns and 6 scarecrows (see header Event Prizes for the names).

I wish there was more variation in the design of the ghost, it's like the white one but with a sticking tongue. Oh, was there ever a bat pet for the haunted house?

Btw, the drop rate seems quite good, I'm getting a corn with every delivery, I saw some in the newspaper and also found easily items while mining.

Hi Lilliepaddd,
It's a Luck event, a bit different then the Luck Events we are used too. The Luck is in getting all the amounts of the 3 different kind of bags to get the Sweet Spirit Pet Ghost

. You may also be able to buy them from the Newspaper, if anyone is selling them. 1 of my friends got Vampire Bags from Stormie.
After above, it's to be Lucky to get all the decoration items from the Prize Pumpkin (if your wish is to have them all

Thanks for the notification. Updated the Event info in the first message. I'm also playing on an Android devise and I haven't got the Treat Trader Boost either. Guess it's only for iOS players
